 What is the quality of the material used for making our T-Shirts?

No Polyester, 100% Cotton: We use only the finest quality Cotton to make our tees. Fabric is organically washed to make it more soft and breathable. For all  our T-Shirts/Polo Shirts, we use 180/240 GSM high density fabric -  which is the best that can be sourced.Most of the products are made to order. Each order is freshly prepared and printed using state-of-the-art technology and bio-friendly inks.

What Payment Options are Available?

We offer Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-banking and Wallet options for Indian Customers.

Is my Card Detail Safe?

Definitely. We don't store any card detail on our server. We use some of the most Reputed Payment Gateways to Process all Online Transactions to make sure that entire process is smooth and safe.

What is the delivery time if I place the order today?

On average, orders get delivered in 6-7 days from time of order confirmation. However, it may take little longer depending on location and logistics availability.

We have high standards for quality. During the entire process, we make sure quality is maintained. We treat all orders as urgent, but due to high volumes these timelines will be followed:

Dispatch Time: 3-5 Working Days for All Orders.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, on average shipments get delivered in 2-3 working days to metro cities and 5-6 days in case of non-metro cities. We select the best courier provider available at that time. priority being (FedEx > Bluedart > Delhivery > India Post). There are certain circumstances when highest priority courier is not available in your area due to Sales Tax or other Logistics issue. Any delay due to these conditions is not in our hands.

What is your Exchange/Refund Policy?

Customers can initiate Exchange/Refund request for their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
      • Defective/Damaged Product
      • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
      • Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
      • Incorrect Quantity
      • Wrong Product Delivered
      • Part of Product is missing
      • Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty

      Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

        • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
        • Consumable Product
        • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
        • Serial Number is tampered
        • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 10-days.
        • Damaged products reported after 2-days.
        • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
        • Product is used or worn or altered
        • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
        • All return/exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
        • All online refunds will be credited back to you in the form of a credit code which you can use on future orders. 
        • A maximum of Rs.70 will be refunded to you for shipping product(s) back to us in terms of Credit Code for cases where you received a damaged, defective or an incorrect size product sent from our end.
